Solace is a remedial massage studio located in the centre of Launceston . We are professional and experienced therapists offering deep tissue, sports, myofascial cupping, and relaxation massage.

Therapists

Lucy began her journey in health and wellbeing as a personal trainer, working with clients on strength and conditioning, endurance training and everyday fitness. She has trained and competed in several sports including roller derby, strongman, body building and Crossfit.

Lucy decided to become a remedial massage therapist following her own journey of how high impact physical activity and the stressors of everyday life can affect the body and this has driven her in her desire to assist other in the healing power of massage.

After completing her diploma in 2018 Lucy realised that caring for ourselves and our bodies through a holistic approach is paramount. Lucy's treatments incorporate targeted deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, modern cupping, passive stretching and gentle mobilisation. Lucy has an innate ability to allow clients to drop into a state of deep relaxation whilst using slow, firm pressure ensuring every stroke, every movement is performed with intention, care and a whole lot of love.
